HI!! My name is Z. I am a mother of 5 beautiful girls ages 10 to 3 years old and I have a wonderful husband who is now on his way to Iraq for the second time.. My husband was in the Marines for 10 years before he decided to swich over to the Navy. Well as soon as my husband deployed my only car started to act up and I really needed it to get fixed but having 5 kids and my husband only being an E-5 we don't have that much money well having 5 kids makes it hard to ever have money for repairs on our car. ( lol ) But I was told about Homefront San Diego and I called and talked to Marilyn and she was so sweet and helped me so much she told me to take it to Drew Ford on La Mesa Blvd.

So I did, and when we got there, there was a lot of things wrong with the car things I didn't know what they were or what they were for.. Well me being a mother of five was really worried about the cost.. So I left my car there and came home freaking out b/c I knew I would never have the money to pay for the repairs. I contacted a Bob who was the one who was the one working on my car and he told me not to worry about anything it was all taken care of and that I didn't have to pay a thing because of Homefront San Diego.

Well needless to say when I got off the phone with him I just cried b/c no one has ever done anything like that for me. Even now when I think about it I cry.. I wanted to Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. What you are doing for us is the greatest thing and it is so wonderful.. I honestly can't thank you enough for this program!!! It is really hard to deal with 5 kids when my husband is gone and missing him more then anything and trying to take care of things here with out him and to not have to worry about my car well that I honestly have no words to explain how thankful I am!!! I honestly don't think I can ever stop saying thank you to you and this wonderful program!!!! SO THANK YOU THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!

I just want to take the time to say how much I appreciate everything you did for me and my family this past month. My father past away very suddenly and I was unsure of what to do. My husband being an E3 and having 2 kids we did not know what to do. You guys were amazing. My husband and I were turned away from another organization because we did not make enough money to offer repayment. I can only say that I will never forget what you did when we needed it most.
